AR1298 by Teledyne Microwave Solutions | RF Amplifier

AR1298 is manufactured by Teledyne Microwave Solutions, is a TO-8B packaged RF amplifier operating from 20 MHz to 1.2 GHz. It offers a small signal gain of 10.5 to 11.5 dB with ±1 dB gain flatness and a noise figure between 4 and 5 dB. The amplifier delivers output power ranging from 29 to 30.5 dBm (0.79 to 1.12 W) and features a P1dB of 29 to 30.5 dBm along with an IP3 of 45 dBm for excellent linearity. Designed to run at 15 V with a current consumption of 410 mA, it is ideal for demanding RF applications and can endure storage temperatures from -62 to 125°C.
